The Little Cottage is a self catering holiday cottage that can be found in the delightful Derbyshire village of Ashford in the Water, near Bakewell in the heart of the Peak District National Park.
From the upstairs of our holiday cottage you can enjoy the glorious views of the village and the hills beyond.
Ashford in the Water is situated on the banks of the River Wye, close to Monsal Dale, in the centre of some excellent walking country and well placed for visiting all the major attractions of the area.
Ashford was an important river crossing point even in the Iron Age, when there was a ford here.
