The architect designed studio is located on the west side of the Penberth valley in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
The accommodation provides a centrally heated open plan living area complete with kitchen, breakfast bar, double bed and “put me up.”
The Studio has a 32” TV, DVD player, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, combined washing machine / tumble drier and a fan oven with ceramic hob etc. The external facilities include a fenced decked patio (suitable as a dog run) and a garden.
An external locking shed is available for bikes, beach and fishing gear etc. The garden leads directly into the beautiful wooded Penberth valley and the famous Logan Rock Inn is a three minute walk away.
