Southclay is perfect for family holidays, for groups of friends or special celebrations.
It has 5 spacious bedrooms, two en suite, sleeping 10 (+ 2 on small mattresses in one of the twins by arrangement with the owner) and two travel cots if needed.
It boasts a large, sociable kitchen, conservatory/dining room, lounge with wood burner, a second ‘snug’ lounge and games room with full size pool table.
Outside, a large and secure lawned garden stretches down to green fields with traditional Devon hedges, beyond which lies the North Devon coast.
The garden contains a barbecue terrace, private hot tub and tennis court plus a good size heated outdoor swimming pool shared with the owners and The Annex.
The area is famous for water sports and activity holidays including, surfing, sailing, waterskiing, kiting, diving, rock climbing, horse riding, fishing and more, whilst walkers and cyclists will enjoy the famous Tarka Trail, the idyllic countryside and the coastal footpaths.
Golf at the Royal North Devon (the oldest links course in England) is only 3 miles along the coast.
