The Vean is a restored Georgian house that provides bed and breakfast accommodation and is ideal for an event or family gathering.
The B&B is located in Caerhays village which is just over 10 miles away from St Austell in Cornwall. The venue is completely flexible to suit your needs.
The accommodation is ideal for parties and weddings. We can cater for small intimate parties in the dining room, or the terrace to the side of the house can be covered by a marquee giving a seating area for up to 60. A larger marquee can be erected on the main lawn for up to 150 guests seated.
The bed and breakfast is an ideal base to explore Cornwall and the nearby historic towns such as Falmouth and Truro. Falmouth offers some beautiful beaches and many award winning attractions such as Pendennis Castle, St Mawes Kayaks & Water Taxi, Ocean Bowl and many others. The town of Truro also has plenty to see and do from river walks to the spectacular Cathedral. If you want to stay close to the accommodation then you can simply enjoy the miles of footpaths around.
