The Old Farmhouse is the jewel in our crown. Dating back to 1656, The Old Farmhouse is a picture perfect Lakeland Farmhouse which has recently been renovated to offer the highest standards of self catering accommodation.
The Annex can also be let with the Old Farmhouse and an internal door opened to provide a complete accommodation to sleep 8 persons in beds or 14 utilising all the sofa beds.
The Old Farmhouse Mews is situated right in the centre of Braithwaite village - 2 miles from Keswick and is located at the foot of Whinlatter Pass, just below Thornthwaite Forest.
At the top of the pass is England's only true Mountain Forest, Whinlatter which offers stunning views, fantastic walks, exhilarating mountain biking, rare wildlife and adventure play.
There is also Cyclewise here where you can hire a mountain bike to discover some of the trails or Go Ape where you can enjoy a tree top adventure.
