Plas Y Bwlch Farm Bed & Breakfast is sited in Llangurig near Llanidloes in Powys. This B&B accommodation extends to 15 acres of farmland with breathtaking views up and down the Upper Wye Valley. 

Our Bed and Breakfast accommodation is rated 4 star with the Welsh Tourist Board and comprises of a double room and a twin room, both en-suite. 

Visitors are assured of a peaceful stay as the guest rooms are all situated on the lower ground floor. 

For guests who wish to go exploring we have various maps and literature covering the Wye Valley and surrounding countryside. 

The area is renowned for its walking and cycling routes, with Lon Las Cymru (The Welsh National Cycle Route) passing through Llangurig on its way to Rhayader, whilst The Severn Way extends some 210 miles and is the longest riverside walk in Britain. If required we are more than happy to provide guests with packed lunches. 

The area around Plas Bwlch is ideally suited for visitors wishing to explore the beautiful countryside which mid-wales has to offer. 

The farmhouse sits in the Upper Wye Valley with scenic views in all directions, especially up the Valley itself. 

Llangurig is the first village on the River Wye and its Parish Church, St.Curig, dates back the before 550AD and has some fine woodwork and stained glass windows. Both the Wye Valley Walk and the National Cycle Route (Lon Las Cymru) pass through the village.
