Waterside Cottage is a 150 year old detached cottage, located in a beautiful part of Bedfordshire. 

This cosy cottage is a fun place to be and is perfect for guests who are wishing to sit and relax, while watching the boats. The cottage is located at Linslade near Leighton Buzzared and is available for weeks and short breaks. 

Our holiday cottage includes: lounge with oak beams and log burning stove, conservatory and terrace, farmhouse style kitchen, 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Garden, large boatyard grounds with small, private back garden with barbecue and picnic bench and front terrace with table and chairs.
