The B&B has much character with wooden beams and an inglenook fire place. There are two twin guest rooms and one double room that has an en suite. All of the guest rooms offer a TV and tea & coffee making facilities. 

Well behaved pets are always welcome and stabling is available for those who wish to bring their own horse.

There is an abundance of wildlife and often the famous Red Deer can be seen on the moor which is within 1 mile of Exford.
