Pear Tree Farm offers quiet, comfortable and civilised B&B accommodation on a farm in the village of Aldwincle near Kettering in the Nene Valley. The farm has a beef suckler herd and arable crops on about 470 acres. It is a wonderful place for guests to rest and recuperate while still being just a short drive from local attractions throughout Northamptonshire.
The fine old greystone building has a warm, welcoming interior and all the quaint, pretty bedrooms have en suite facilities. Some are in the farmhouse, the rest in the converted stable block.
The day starts with a fine farmhouse breakfast and guests can relax and plan their day in the lounge or enjoy a stroll on one of the many walks while watching the farm at work.
Aldwincle is an unspoilt village in the Nene Valley with lots of walks which lead to woodland and the riverside - perfect for relaxation. We are also close to the A14 with easy access to the A1 and M1.
