Knockinaam House is a wonderfully refurbished holiday cottage that can sleep up to 8 guests. The picturesque village of Portpatrick is only a 10-minute drive away. This is an ideal base for exploring Stranraer, Dumfries and the Southern Upland Way.

There are 2 living rooms, 1 of which is cosy and equipped with Sky TV, open fire and Wi-Fi. 

The light and airy kitchen is fully fitted with the following:

Cooker.
Fridge.
Freezer
Microwave.
Washing machine.
Tumble dryer.
Crockery and cutlery.

A separate dining room is provided with direct access to the patio area. Outside there are 3 acres of grounds to explore.

Portpatrick is a pretty place with shops, places to eat and an annual folk festival. This area is wonderful for walking, swimming, cycling, golfing, fishing and wildlife watching.
