Manor Farm Guesthouse offers comfortable and homely accommodation in the heart of Wells-next-the-Sea, Norfolk. The guesthouse is a late Georgian period house just a 5-minute walk from the town centre where you will find a range of shops, restaurants and pubs. The harbour is also close by along with a fantastic beach.
Guests have a choice of 4 en suite rooms, all of which are tastefully decorated and comfortably furnished. Each guest room has a Freeview TV, DVD player and tea/coffee making facilities.
Guests are welcome to relax in the seating area where there are books to enjoy, fellow guests bird reports or simply sit back and watch our tropical fish. In addition to this, guests are also very welcome to use the garden when the weather is fair.
Breakfast is included within the room rate and where possible locally sourced produce and/or Fair Trade products. A packed breakfast for those who need a very early start to the day at no additional cost and a packed lunch can be provided for an additional cost for your following day's excursions. Please pre-book these at least one day in advance.
