A well-equipped kitchen comes with an island cooker and patio doors open onto a spacious decking area which boasts views over the fields. A double height Cruck Oak framed lounge comes with a wood burning stove and oak flooring. You can enjoy a morning coffee whilst admiring views down to Calgary Bay.
On the ground floor there is a twin room with an adjoining shower room. Upstairs there is a king and double bedroom which share a bathroom.
Outside there is a lovely decking area and a terraced garden with a pit fit which enjoys views towards Calgary Bay.
