Stonefield Cottage is a fantastic base for those who are looking to explore the Western Highlands of Scotland. The cottage sleeps up to 8/9 adults plus a baby, making it ideal for reunions with family and friends. Stonefield sits in its private grounds and has wonderful views from the balcony towards the marina/sea. It is in the village of Ardfern, near Lochgilphead and a short drive from many wonderful attractions. It is about 2 hours’ drive from Glasgow Airport.
The house has been tastefully decorated and furnished, ensuring it includes everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. All towels, linen, electric and Wi-Fi are included within the price. A BBQ and garden furniture is also provided.
Stronefield is located on a small hillside 5 minutes walk from the well-stocked village store and marina. The village of Ardfern is situated on the Craignish Peninsula about 24 miles south of Oban and 14 miles north of Lochgilphead. Ardfern and the surrounding area of Mid Argyll is a fantastic area to experience a range of activities. Whether it is walking along the Crinan Canal or the numerous forest and coastal walks, or checking out the local wildlife including sea eagles, otters, whales and dolphins, there is always something to do and see in this wonderful part of the world.
