With large, stylish and recently refurbished rooms. Two rooms have king sized beds and one has twin beds, all with luxurious mattresses to ensure you get a good night’s sleep.

You can select from our comprehensive breakfast menu for which we are proud to have received a Breakfast Award as well as an Excellence award from Trip Advisor for the fifth consecutive year. The B&B is ideally located for a host of local venues including East Sussex National Golf Club and Glyndebourne Opera House. Within twenty minutes you can reach Brighton, Tunbridge Wells and Eastbourne.
