Clearwater House is situated in the heart of the Irish countryside, less than 2 miles from the Londonderry town of Magherafel. We are a fantastic place to stay for those who are looking for a peaceful break away & you will receive a warm welcome from your hosts. The Castledown Roundabout is close by which offers great transport links to the Giants Causeway, Glens of Antrim, City of Derry and Belfast.
We have 3 guest rooms available and there is free off-street, secure parking as well.

As an added extra, a free taxi can be arranged for both drop-offs and pick up in the town, allowing you to sample some of the finest restaurants and pubs in the area without arranging local taxis or other transport. 5 minutes away is the Ballyronan Marina Complex. Right on the shoreline of Lough Neagh, this complex has been recently awarded the Blue Flag. With various water sports, woodland trails and a lovely picnic area. It’s a picturesque place to spend a family afternoon.
