Ladywell House is an elegant Georgian property built in 1806 and now offers self catering holiday accommodation. Formerly a manse and previously home of Frances Shand Kydd, the house has been visited by Diana and her sons, the Princes William and Harry. Situated at the edge of the historic and beautiful village of Falkland, this impressive house sits in an acre of the walled garden and is surrounded by hundreds of acres of farmland. A 2 minute drive or 10 minute walk take you to the village with shops, restaurants and hotel.

We are letting the house, to sleep 12 plus 2 kids, on a self catering basis. The house will be available by the week or by 3 or 4 day lets. The property has a spacious, comfortable drawing room with open fire, a large conservatory, a dining room to seat 12 and a comfortable TV room with Freeview and a DVD player. Internet/WIFI provided. Dining/kitchen area with an AGA and 6 large and comfortable bedrooms with 5 bathrooms.

The Fife Coastal Tourist Route offers splendid attractions within each village en-route while St Andrews with its championship golf course is within 30 minutes drive. Knockhill racing circuit, Crail Pottery, The British Golf Museum and The Scottish Deer Centre are some of the local attractions within 20 minutes of Ladywell House. For the more adventurous Edinburgh, Glasgow, Balmoral, Braemar, Glamis Castle, Blair Atholl and Pitlochry are all within an hour’s drive.
