Stay On A Farm & Look Out For Wildlife
The holiday cottage was once home to the RSPB volunteers, hence its name ‘Bee-Eaters’ referring to a pair of birds that were breeding in the nature reserve next to our farm. There is a large breakfast kitchen, lounge/diner, WC, bathroom and utility room.
All of the beds are made up ready for your arrival and are set up as 2 double rooms, a single room, a family room and a bunk bedroom. One of the double bedrooms is on the ground floor so is ideal for those with limited mobility.
Outside of the holiday cottage is where you can enjoy your location. To the front of the house, there is a small garden where you can enjoy a BBQ and on the other side of the fence, there is a 5-acre grass field where you can enjoy a game of football, rounders, kite flying, Frisbee and a whole host of other outdoor games and activities.
Our rural location is perfect for those who enjoy spending time in the great outdoors, so be sure to bring some good outdoor clothing. Make the most of your stay by walking the beautiful farm and if you’re lucky you will see some of our resident wildlife.
