The kitchen leads to a dual aspect dining room with inglenook fireplace and wood burner. The glass-topped dining table seats up to 8 people. Doors lead to a lovely patio area and garden. 

It is the perfect base for exploring the local area. Binham is famous for its 12th Century Priory and ruins. Only a short walk away is a general store and village pub. There are lots of nice pubs and places to dine in the area. Morston Hall has awards for outstanding food. A number of wonderful attractions are nearby:
