A fantastic holiday home hidden inside a railway carriage!

The Patch can be found at the edge of The Wash in Snettisham near King’s Lynn. It is an ideal base for 8 people who are looking to explore this beautiful part of Norfolk and the many delights and wonderful attractions it has to offer.

The home is well equipped throughout and offers guests a home away from home. An unusual feature is the Victorian railway carriage which is at the heart of the house. This was the original 'building' on the site, placed there in the 1930s and the rest of the house has grown up around it.

Outside of the holiday home, there is a back garden which is very private and there’s a barbecue and plenty of garden furniture. There are several bikes in the garage for exploring the local area.

Anyone looking for a quiet place far from bright lights and traffic is likely to enjoy a stay at The Patch. It’s on the coast between King's Lynn and Hunstanton, well off the beaten track. A few minutes walk along rough footpaths takes you to the wild, undeveloped Snettisham Beach and the internationally famous RSPB bird and wildlife reserve.

With plenty of space both inside and out, The Patch is ideal for any number of people, from just one or two to a gathering of family or friends for a holiday or a special occasion such as a birthday, anniversary party or even Christmas and New Year.
