A rural retreat in Somerset!

Old Rectory Coach House offers self catering accommodation in Sampford Brett, Taunton in rural Somerset. It is ideally located in the heart of Sampford Brett, a tranquil and pretty village nestling between Exmoor, the Quantock Hills and the Somerset coast. It is truly the perfect place for a short break!

The outdoor swimming pool is open from May until September. It is a little distance from the entrance of the Elms and Farm View and is surrounded by walls and a high trellis. The gate has a high latch to restrict access by wandering children, but the hosts do ask parents to be vigilant at all times and to accompany children when they are in the pool area.

Sampford Brett is a pretty and tranquil village nestling between the beautiful Quantock Hills and Exmoor. It has a Norman church, fine 18th century cottages and a pretty stream meandering through. It is ¾ of a mile to Williton which has a full range of shops, pubs, an Indian Restaurant and a station on the West Somerset Steam Railway. The coast is within 2 miles and there are many lovely walks and cycle rides directly from the village.
