There are lots of onsite facilities including a shared hot tub for guests' use and a games room with pool table, table tennis, air hockey and table football. There is also a fitness barn with cardio-fitness equipment and a soft play barn for the under 5's. Swimming is also available for guests free of charge at Waveney River Centre which is about a mile and a half from the barns. There is an unfenced pond on site too so toddlers beware!
