River Cottages offer holiday accommodation in Ironbridge Gorge, Telford in Shropshire. This pair of self catering cottages date back to 1650, the time of the English Civil War and are amongst the oldest buildings in the historical Ironbridge Gorge, right in the heart of Shropshire.

The self cottages are just a 3-minute walk along the river to the historical bridge itself and the town centre. Both cottages sleep 4 adults comfortably, each having one double and one twin-bedded room. Families are welcome as are small parties of adults.

The self catering cottages have been restored sympathetically, tastefully and beautifully to retain their character and features whilst also offering a high level of comfort.

Towels, bed linen and tea towels are provided together with complimentary toiletries and a welcome pack in the kitchen (including tea and coffee making facilities, biscuits and dishwasher tablets), to make your stay start in a stress-free way no matter how late your arrival.
