Due to the location Hill Top Farm is a very popular choice for those who are visiting the Lake District so guests should book well ahead. Set in a prime location and provides a perfect base for those who are looking to visit the Lake District in particular but also for those who want to explore Cumbria.

Excellent facilities include a new smart TV (including Netflix and Prime) and home cinema with Sonos. Just download the Sonos app and control the multi-speaker music. There are also Amazon speakers inside and on the veranda and good wireless internet throughout.

The owners want to share their home (when we are not there) to groups of families and friends who enjoy The Lake District. The area offers plenty to see & do and is perfect for those who enjoy walking, cycling and horse riding. The farm is close to a range of local shops and pubs.
