The delightful property is in a wonderful setting, with guests sharing an acre of wildlife garden with the owner’s cottage. The garden adjoins National Trust farmland and to the west can be seen Old Hall farmhouse and barns. A summerhouse enjoys lovely views over the pond and a picnic table, chairs and barbecue are available, ideal for al fresco dining.
The accommodation is only a few minutes’ walk away from this historic town with its 17th/18th Century buildings surrounding the market place. The magnificent 14th Century parish church of St Michael is just to the north of the market place and the town has a range of interesting shops. A narrow-gauge steam railway runs from Aylsham to the Broadland town of Wroxham.
