A Collection of Cottages for Exploring Exmoor!

Dean Steep is a collection of 12 self-catering holiday homes that are located just outside of Barbrook near Lynton in Devon. 

All of the holiday cottages have been tastefully decorated and furnished to ensure that guests have an enjoyable place to stay while exploring Exmoor. All have 2 bedrooms, an open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge. In our gardens, you can't help but enjoy the view! There are some secluded areas and plenty of seating and picnic tables (a barbeque is available for hire).

The area is a haven for walkers, cyclists and horse riders, with routes and trails for all 3 activities available for people of all experience levels. Within easy reach is the South West Coastal Path, Tarka Trail and the quiet and open network of bridleways and lanes offer some of the best riding in the UK, including some sections of coastal bridleway, along with our beautiful open heather moorland and steeply wooded valleys. There are 2 riding centres within walking distance to suit riders of all ability.
