A Family & Pet Friendly Guest House in Scenic Sandown!
The Fernside is a small guest house on the Isle of Wight and is an ideal place to stay for both business and leisure guests. We offer a friendly atmosphere, a comfortable bed and an excellent breakfast.
We have 10 en suite rooms available at The Fernside. They are all comfortably furnished and have either a single, twin or double bed.
Guests have their own individual room and front door key, allowing 24-hour access.
Breakfast is included within the room rate and served in our dining room. During the day guests are welcome to relax in our lounge/bar. Here you will find comfortable seating and widescreen digital television.
A short walk and you can reach Sandown Station and the award-winning beach. Many visitor attractions are within easy reach from the guest house. It also contains a well-stocked residents’ bar - the ideal place to enjoy a quiet drink before and/or after visiting one of the many excellent eating establishments nearby. There are also bar snacks available for an easy eating option in the evening. Bar snacks are available daily except Sunday.
Exploring the Isle of Wight couldn’t be easier. There are excellent bus and train services available along with plenty of cycle and walking routes.
