All but 4 rooms enjoy views over the garden & Morecambe Bay. We have 9 rooms with balconies, including 4 twin bedded ground floor rooms. 

Two large lounges with open fires, plenty of comfortable seating and views over the garden & bay, a perfect place to relax after a busy day.

Open to non-residents throughout the day, starting with brunch and morning coffees, heading into light lunch, indulging in afternoon tea or for those who can wait, dinner.
