Romantic Barn Conversion in Rural Dorset!
Star Farm is a small working farm that provides a luxury self-catering holiday barn that is the ideal romantic retreat in a peaceful and secluded setting. The holiday cottage is down a private lane just outside the village of Hazelbury Bryan which is only a few minutes from Sturminster Newton, Dorset.
The self-catering barn was converted in 2009 and now provides well-equipped accommodation for 2 people.
The cottage is approached by its own private drive and has ample, safe parking. Outside, the cottage has a large, private decked area and a small orchard.
Facing west, the deck looks out over the farm to the hills beyond and is a perfect spot to sit and enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine on a summer's evening. A garden table and chairs and parasol are provided along with two recliners for those sunny days. A Weber barbeque and a supply of charcoal are also available for use.
Star Farm cottage is ideally situated for exploring the quiet rural beauty of Dorset. Enjoy miles of empty footpaths, (including the famous Hardy Way), take time to discover some truly magical rural villages (complete with fantastic pubs) or alternatively spend time on the beaches taking in the breathtaking scenery of the Jurassic Coast.
