Sandpiper offers outstanding self catering accommodation in Poughill. Our cottage near Bude is nestled in a gorgeous location, with private grounds and all-weather facilities to enjoy. We truly are perfect for an unforgettable holiday in a wonderful part of Cornwall.
Three wonderful bedrooms are available, a king, twin and third room with bunks. All the bedrooms include quality cotton bed linen, fluffy cottage hand and bath towels and tea towels. The modern bathroom has a power shower and heated towel rail.
Outside you soak your troubles away in the luxurious Swedish hot tub, whilst savouring the scenic surroundings.
Onsite we have an array of fantastic facilities for all the family, including a heated indoor pool and jacuzzi, spa treatments, heated outdoor pool (seasonal), gym and sauna. We also have activities for children, such as a games room and play areas. A variety of horse-riding experiences are available and we have a tennis court.
We are within walking distance of award-winning Bude on the North Cornwall Coast. The town offers glorious sandy beaches, Bude Sea Pool, Bude Castle and lots of fabulous restaurants. Just 30 minutes away is Tamar Otter & Wildlife Centre, a magical place that houses an amazing range of wildlife in its 21 acres of grounds. Within 30 minutes to an hour’s drive, you will also find a great variety of majestic historic houses to visit, including Prideaux Place, Pencarrow and The Lost Gardens of Heligan.
