High Lane Farm Self Catering Cottages offers wonderful accommodation on the edge of Newbiggin-on-Lune. We are in a scenic Cumbrian countryside setting and close to Kirkby Stephen, Ravenstonedale and Tebay.

We have 3 fantastic properties which have been beautifully converted from a Listed stone-built barn. Each cottage enjoys a unique upside-down living layout to take advantage of the breathtaking views. The cottages are perfect for family or friends looking to escape the pressures of modern life.

We are in a brilliant location for visiting a variety of towns, villages and attractions around the area. Head to nearby Kirkby Stephen, a traditional market town with historic buildings, cobbled yards, charming corners and interesting shops. Alternatively, walkers should venture to Appleby in Westmorland which lies in a loop of the River Eden and is overlooked by the Pennine range. The town is a great starting point for glorious walks around the countryside.
