The Barn Guest House and Tea Rooms can be found in the picturesque village of Hutton-le-Hole in North Yorkshire. It provides guests with a comfortable, family-friendly place to stay as well as popular tea rooms that have a great reputation. 

All of the guest rooms have a homely feel and we have tried to create a warm and inviting place for you to rest at the end of each day. 

Breakfast is served in the tearoom, overlooking the beautiful village green, where sheep can often be seen grazing. You can look forward to anything from a full English breakfast to a lighter continental style breakfast. 

Our tea room offers a range of teas and coffees, homemade cakes, puddings, bread and snacks, as well as more substantial meals, all prepared using the freshest local produce where possible.
