Dovecliff Hall Hotel in Burton upon Trent offers outstanding accommodation and fabulous cuisine in a magnificent Grade II Listed Georgian Manor House. We are nestled in a stunning 7-acre garden overlooking the River Dove, perfect for an idyllic holiday in Staffordshire.

Our elegant Manor House dates to 1790 and now offers wonderful accommodation in 15, individually designed bedrooms. All the rooms boast new handmade super king-size beds with sumptuous bedding, ideal for a restful night’s sleep after a day exploring the area. Some rooms enjoy beautiful garden/countryside views.

We offer a fantastic dining experience, with a new seasonal menu on offer. We use as much local produce as possible, including ingredients from our gardens and orchard. Relax over a delicious meal, whether it is in the conservatory overlooking the gardens and ancient cedar tea, on the terrace or in the Charrington rooms or drawing-room. We also have a superb bar for drinks and coffee.

While staying with us you can visit lots of great attractions in the area, such as The National Brewery Centre, Claymills Victorian Pumping Station & Tutbury Castle.
