A Relaxed & Friendly Devon Hotel!

Lifton Hall Hotel is a 17th Century Grade II listed building located in the beautiful Devon countryside. 

The hotel has two twin guest bedrooms and eight doubles. All rooms are en suite and include hot drink making facilities, direct dial telephone, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi and a hairdryer.

Our restaurant serves freshly prepared and locally sourced, quality meals. The atmosphere is relaxed and informal and we try to make sure that everyone has a great time - whether it's an intimate dinner for two or a family celebration. The menu changes, depending upon what's available and loosely following the seasons. 

Our nearest towns are Launceston and Tavistock, and both are worth a visit. Launceston is just over the border into Cornwall and is the county's ancient capital. There is a castle, a museum, a steam railway and a selection of shops, pubs and cafés. Tavistock is an old stannary town, and has a number of attractions, including some great individual shops, a large pannier market and some lovely open spaces.
