Tomich Holidays offers a range of family friendly self catering holiday cottages or woodland lodges, beside Glen Affric and close to Loch Ness. The properties in Inverness-shire are also heated, have use of an indoor swimming pool (seasonal) and all come with Wi-Fi.
Lodges: A warm welcome awaits visitors to the striking two storey Woodland Lodges amongst natural birch woodland. These lovely timber buildings are tranquil and secluded. They are spacious, simple and comfortable, with balconies for wildlife watching or to sit with a glass of wine to watch the sunset.
The modern open plan interior with French doors leading onto a balcony, comprises leather seating, Freeview TV, DVD player, stove heating and carpet in the living area. There is wooden laminate flooring in the dining area and kitchen, with a dining table and chairs, plus a kitchen fully equipped with everything you need. To the rear of the lodge is a twin bedroom, directly opposite the bathroom, with a shower over the bath, WC, wash hand basin and heated towel rail.
Upstairs you will find the double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a cloakroom with WC. All the bedrooms have wardrobes, dressing tables, side tables and mirrors. Beds will be made up for your arrival.
Cottages: These luxury self catering properties form part of the impressive farm steading, with its magnificent Clock Tower. Some of the converted cottages offer panoramic views towards the Glen Affric NNR, whilst Fisherman's and Stalker's offer a double bedroom with en-suite shower facilities.
Accommodation comprises downstairs; open plan living / dining area with luxury fitted kitchen, upstairs; one double, one twin bedroom and bathroom. Stalkers and Fishermans also have en-suite shower facilities in the double bedroom.
Main Features. There is ample car parking for all properties. Shared BBQ facilities. Swimming pool (seasonal), games room with pool table, table football and table-tennis, huge lawn area, lockable bike store, drying room for walkers, are all available on site.
Included in all Cottages. Digital TV, electric 'Total Heating', hot water & heating, electric iron & ironing board, hairdryer, full carpetting throughout, ample car parking, bed linen for up to 4, toilet rolls and basic cleaning materials on arrival, tea towels, washing powder and dishwasher powder.
The Dairy: The Victorian Dairy is a stone built cottage forming part of a Grade B listed building. This is the smallest of the properties and is very comfortable for two people. With an extra bunk-bedded room for children, the Dairy cottage is also ideal and economic for young families. The original cottage porch area includes outdoor seating and a BBQ area with fantastic views across the farm steading and beyond to the forested hills of Guisachan.
The Dairy room with its stained glass windows, mosaic floors and marble fountain is excluded from the cottage accommodation.

Swimming pool, games room with pool table, table football and table-tennis, huge lawn area, lockable bike store, bike hire, drying room for walkers, pay phone and laundry facilities are all available on site.

Guisachan Farm, Tomich is set amidst the scenic splendour of the Glen Affric NNR, often described as the most beautiful glen in Scotland, and home to one of the few remnants of the ancient Caledonian Pine Forest which once covered much of Scotland. The area is a paradise for walking, munro bagging, mountain biking, fishing, golfing and is a safe haven for anyone who enjoys the countryside.
