Fosfelle Country Cottages offers superb self catering accommodation on the outskirts of the charming village of Hartland. They are based near Bideford within the gorgeous Hartland Heritage Coast, perfect for an unforgettable getaway in Devon.
The accommodation is nestled in wonderful grounds, including a wildlife pond and two fishing lakes, great for the ultimate country escape. You can choose from 1 cottage and 2 apartments, plus 2 buses which have been beautifully converted to offer unique accommodation.
Quince Apartment: This fabulous ground-floor apartment is tastefully furnished and comes with a kitchenette, lovely lounge area, shower room and toilet. A single and double room sleeps 3 people, perfect for a small family. Outside there is a seating area for al fresco dining.
Bramble Apartment: This delightful first floor apartment is great for a relaxing holiday in the country. An outside staircase leads to a lounge area, kitchen, shower room and toilet. A double bedroom and a bunk room sleeps 4.
Rowan Cottage: This tranquil cottage sleeps 6 people in a double en suite, a double room and a twin room. A sofa bed is available in the lounge, and a shower room and separate WC are also available. Rustle up some delicious dishes in the well-equipped kitchen and enjoy some delicious meals in the dining area. After a busy day sightseeing unwind in the lounge area. Outside there is a seating area, perfect for a coffee in the morning sun.
All of the accommodation includes an electric oven, gas hob, microwave and fridge in the kitchen area, whilst the lounge area has a TV with Freeview, a selection of DVDs, books and games. Bed linen, towels, a Nespresso coffee machine and a welcome pack are also available.
Bertram’s Hotel: This fantastic red double-decker bus sleeps 4/5 people. Downstairs there are 2 single beds, a shower room and seating area. Upstairs there is a cosy seating area, kitchenette and a double bed area. Outside there is seating, perfect for a glass of wine whilst enjoying views of the alpacas or mini donkeys grazing in the distance.
Joseph Multi-Colour Dream Coach: This magical single-decker coach sleeps 2 people, perfect for a romantic getaway. Inside there is a kitchen, seating area and shower room. The seating area outside is often visited by our lovely donkeys.
A luxurious shared hot tub is also available via booking, please enquire for details.
The quaint village of Hartland is a short stroll away and home to 3 pubs which offer fantastic food and 2 general stores. A tasty fish and chip shop and a relaxing coffee shop are also in the village. The area has lots of scenic walking and cycling routes, whilst the bustling towns of Bude and Bideford are around a 20-minute drive away.
