Austen house is a beautiful Georgian Property in the Cotswolds less than 30 minutes from both Bath and Bristol. It has been sympathetically furnished throughout and is perfect for family gatherings or for a hen party with large entertaining areas.
The kitchen/dining space has been recently refurbished to a high standard with a newly fully fitted kitchen, breakfast bar with stools and a dining table large enough for the whole group. The sitting room is a classic elegant Georgian room beautifully decorated and also large enough for your whole group to relax. The house easily sleeps 16 in its large bedrooms all with feather duvets, crisp white bed linen and fluffy towels, the house has three bath/shower rooms.
The house benefits from a large hot tub (hot tub towels provided) there is a good-sized south-facing terrace with seating, a large outside dining area with BBQ all set up with ready-to-light bags of charcoal, there is a pretty lawned area with deck chairs and further seating.
