Driftwood Cottage offers lovely self catering accommodation in the Maen Valley, in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. They are nestled in Pendra Loweth, a tranquil landscaped 16-acre holiday village on the edge of Falmouth. Further afield you can visit lots of brilliant attractions in Cornwall.
Based in a wooded valley, ideal for a peaceful getaway in a scenic setting. The cottage is tastefully furnished and comes with a variety of facilities to suit all your needs.
Inside there is a cosy open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The living area includes a 43” Smart 4K UHD Television with access to subscription services, plus a DVD player. Enjoy some home cooking in the fully equipped kitchen that comes with a built-in oven, ceramic hob and dishwasher, free-standing fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave and coffee machine. Enjoy some tasty meals around the dining table. On the ground floor, there is also a double room and a cloakroom.
On the first floor, there is a twin room that can be made as a super king. A single room is also available. The rooms share a bathroom with a shower over the bath.
Outside there is a private patio with a picnic table, sun loungers and BBQ for al fresco dining when the sun is shining.
Leisure activities to enjoy at Pendra Loweth village includes a well-equipped gym, jacuzzi and splash pool. There are two all-weather tennis courts, a football net and a new children’s play area.
Only a short drive away is the picturesque harbour town of Falmouth, home to Pendennis Castle and the National Maritime Museum. See the amazing sub-tropical garden at Trebah Gardens or see the grey seals and sea lions at the National Seal Sanctuary.
