Summer Haze Cottage Holiday Let offers comfortable self catering accommodation in the peaceful village of Higher Warcombe. Nestled in a lovely area near Mortehoe, great for a memorable break in North Devon.
This cosy cottage is great for a relaxing break for up to 6 people. Inside there is a lounge/diner with a toasty wood burner, comfy seating, a large beanbag, an extendable table with six chairs and a smart TV/DVD player. This is a brilliant spot to relax whilst enjoying the countryside views.
Enjoy some home cooking in the fully-equipped that comes with an electric oven/hob, extractor fan, microwave, fridge freezer, additional freezer, washing machine and dishwasher and barista coffee machine. A door opens directly the to garden.
In total, there are 3 bedrooms, including a ground floor double room. Further rooms included a four poster room with a WC located next door and a bunk room. An additional bathroom comes with a shower over bath.
Outside there is a raised lawn with a bench seat and an additional table, plus a secure fenced/gated play area with three swings, slide and garden toys, great younger children. They also have a secluded area with a picnic bench and BBQ for al fresco dining in the afternoon sun.
They are based within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, only 10 miles from the award-winning sandy beaches surf beaches of Woolacombe and just 1 mile from the gorgeous village and coves of Lee (with wheelchair access available at Lee Bay). They are within walking distance of the south west coastal path, whilst sea and freshwater fishing, golf (just minutes away), hiking, mountain biking, skating, sailing, snorkelling, surfing, swimming, tennis, water skiing, windsurfing, sea kayaking, coaststeering and rock climbing can all be enjoyed locally.
