This lovely cottage forms part of The Old Dairy and now offers modern accommodation whilst retaining its original features. The cottage sleeps up to 4 people and is tastefully furnished throughout.
Downstairs there is a light and airy sitting room with bi-fold doors that enjoys views of the cottage garden. Facilities included a smart HD TV, DVD player and Bluetooth speaker. You can also unwind in the snug that comes with comfy seating, a smart TV, Freesat and a DVD player.
A well-equipped kitchen/diner will suit all your needs. Appliances include a dishwasher, Everhot stove, food processor, fridge and separate freezer, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, slower cook and washing machine. The dining table seats 4.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin. Both rooms share a bathroom with a shower over bath.
Outside there is a small south-facing, dog-secure cottage garden with a patio table and chairs for al fresco dining in the afternoon sun.
Only a 5-minute drive away is the delightful Norfolk market of Holt, whilst Salthouse and Weybourne are only a few minute's drive away. You can also visit Sheringham, Cromer, Wells-next-the-Sea and Blakeney.
