Stoney End Cottage offers luxurious self catering accommodation near Leyburn, nestled in the Yorkshire Dales. Based in a tranquil setting and boasting fabulous views of Wensleydale, perfect for a relaxing break in North Yorkshire.
This charming Grade II Listed property dates from the 17th Century and has now been tastefully furnished to offer high-quality accommodation. The property boasts stunning views across the River Ure and is the perfect place to escape from the pressures of modern life.
Inside this ground-level cottage is a cosy living area with a mulita fuel stove, flat screen TV and DVD player. Cook up a storm in the fully-equipped kitchen that comes with a range of appliances. A dining area is great for enjoying some home-cooked meals.
In total there are two bedrooms: 1 double and 1 twin. Both rooms share a wet room with a toilet, hand basin and shower. All the room includes white Egyptian cotton bedding.
Outside there is a private paved area with a hot tub to soak yourself in (for an additional supplement). Garden furniture is provided for al fresco dining whilst savouring the stunning views.
This part of the country has an abundance of gorgeous scenery to enjoy, perfect for walkers and cyclists, with lots of routes in the area. 15 miles of fishing is available on the River Ure and beck, whilst Bowes Museum at Barnard Castle offers a fascinating day out.
