Pattard Cottages offers three self-catering holiday cottages located in the town of Hartland near Bideford in Devon.
Granary Cottage:
The self-catering cottage comprises of four bedrooms, two doubles upstairs and two twins downstairs. There is a shower room with WC & basin upstairs. The main bathroom with bath, shower, WC and washbasin is downstairs.
The kitchen has the following:
Cooker.
Microwave.
Dishwasher.
Fridge/freezer.
Washer/dryer.
The sitting/dining room is a spacious room with a wood-burning stove, TV and DVD player. The granary has oil-fired central heating.
Linhay Cottage:
This holiday cottage consists of a kitchen with the following:
Washing machine.
Dishwasher.
Cooker.
Microwave.
Fridge/freezer.
Tumble dryer.
There is also a dining table and chairs.
There are three steps down to a hallway off which is a shower room with a spacious power shower, wash basin and toilet. The linhay has oil-fired central heating.
Off the sitting room are the two bedrooms one double and the other is a twin room with two single beds.
Stable Cottage:
This holiday cottage has an entrance hall which is off the downstairs shower room with a spacious power shower, toilet and hand basin. Also from the entrance hall is the kitchen with the following:
Washing machine.
Dishwasher.
Cooker.
Microwave.
Fridge/freezer.
Tumble dryer.
There is a dining table and chairs.
Off the kitchen is the sitting room with patio doors leading to a patio area. The sitting room has an electric effect wood-burning stove, TV and DVD player.
Off the first floor landing, there is a double bedroom and two further twin rooms with two single beds in each room. There is also a family bathroom with a power shower, bath washbasin and toilet.
Pattard Self Catering is situated in the parish of Hartland North Devon. This is an area of outstanding natural beauty with its wooded valley and cliff-top walks.
Hartland boasts 3 pubs which serve food in addition there is Hartland Quay which as the name implies is on the coast and is approximately 2.5 miles away. Hartland also has a variety of shops including, bakers, a general store post office and a fish and chip shop.
