Riverside Cottage!
Riverside House offers outstanding self-catering accommodation near Totnes, based on the banks of the River Dart. We are perfect for a unique getaway in Devon.
Our 18th Century thatched house is in a peaceful setting and boats river views. The cottage is well-equipped throughout.
On the ground floor is a well-equipped kitchen with seating for 10 and river views. Unwind in the spacious living room after a day of sightseeing. Facilities include an old Victorian piano, TV, DVDs, games and a wood wood-burning stove.
We have 3 double bedrooms, including 2 with en suite bathrooms. 1 of the double rooms shares a shower room with a 4th bedroom that has twin beds, bunk beds and lots of toys and books for children. Two of the double rooms have balconies with river views to unwind on.
Outside we have garden furniture and a BBQ, perfect for al fresco dining whilst watching the ducks and boats go by.

We are only 10 minutes from the town of Totnes, home to independent shops, tea rooms, cafes and restaurants. Dittisham, Dartmouth and Salcombe are only a 30-minute drive away. Walk along the Dart Valley Trail or visit Greenway.
