Unique Accommodation!

The Cru Houseboats are a pair of luxurious wide-beam boats that offer B&B accommodation in Bath, Somerset. Our bed and breakfast boats are the perfect way to enjoy a breakaway and are only a short walk from the many local amenities within this beautiful city. We have also been included previously in the Unusual Hotels of the World Guide.

Our two luxurious wide-beam boats, Premier Cru and Grand Cru are for your exclusive use. Our bed and breakfast boats include English breakfast provisions, tea, fresh coffee and a bottle of wine in the price.

Both of our houseboats sleep 6 people. Grand Cru has 2 double rooms and 2 single sofa beds in the living area. Premier Cru has 1 double, 1 room with 2 singles and two single sofa beds in the living area. The canal boats are 10 feet wide and have full gas central heating and a wood-burning stove. The boats have been comfortably decorated, spacious and have often been referred to as floating cottages due to the fact the whole boat is let privately to guests and isn’t shared.

Other features include a Fully fitted kitchen where you can cook your own food, a 240-volt electrical system, Freeview TV, DVD/CD player, 300-watt surround sound system with an iPod/phone port. Grand Cru has a shower and Premier Cru has a roll-top bath.

During your stay in Bath on our bed and breakfast boats you will be able to enjoy: The Roman Baths and Pump Room, The Thermae Bath Spa, The Theatre Royal, The Jane Austen Centre, Bath Abbey, The Herschel Museum of Astronomy and the very entertaining Bizarre Bath Comedy walk. Longleat Safari and Adventure Park and Wookey Hole Caves are only 35 minutes away.
