Tyas Cottage offers fabulous self-catering accommodation just outside of Bradshaw in the Merrydale Valley. Our cottage is only a short drive from Slaithwaite in West Yorkshire and makes an ideal retreat for 6 people who are looking to escape the stresses of everyday living.
Our wonderful cottage is at the end of a secluded cul-de-sac, offering a quiet and tranquil holiday home. There are 3 bedrooms that are made up for your arrival, 1 of the bedrooms is a standard twin, the second is a twin with an en suite bathroom and the master bedroom has a 4-poster bed with an en suite bathroom.
There is a lovely, spacious sitting room that has a wood-burning stove and is a great place to relax at the end of a busy day. The kitchen is perfect for cooking up a storm and comes with a range of appliances to suit all your needs.
Outside there is an award-winning shared garden to relax in on a summer’s day.
Despite its secluded setting, Tyas Cottage is very close to numerous attractions, as well as, of course, the Moors and Pennine Way. Our cottage has lovely walks starting from the front door and is easily accessible to many local attractions throughout West Yorkshire. Our holiday cottage is well suited for hiking and bird watching as there are many local walks on open moors or in sheltered valleys.
