Wonderful Windermere!

All Seasons Guesthouse & All Seasons Rest offers delightful bed and breakfast accommodation situated in the heart of Windermere village. Conveniently located just 200 yards from the train and bus station and a short stroll to the Lake and Bowness-on-Windermere, it serves as an excellent base for exploring the local area.

The guesthouse provides four tastefully furnished guest bedrooms, comprising two small doubles, one family room, and one larger double. The larger double room can accommodate an extra bed, making it suitable for a family of three. Each room features either en suite facilities or access to a private bathroom and includes amenities such as a TV and DVD player, hairdryer, Wi-Fi, fluffy towels, and complimentary toiletries.

Guests can indulge in a lovely breakfast with two options available: a cold continental breakfast served in-room or a fully cooked Lakeland breakfast in the dining room. To ensure adherence to social distancing measures and maintain space in the dining area, guests are required to pre-book the cooked breakfast option the night before.

Additionally, guests enjoy complimentary access to a range of pool and spa facilities in Troutbeck, with a maximum of four guests permitted at any one time. The area also offers numerous outdoor activities including horse riding and golfing. Local towns and villages provide diverse experiences, from boutique shopping to popular tourist attractions such as the Beatrix Potter Gallery, Hill Top Farm, the Aquarium of the Lakes, and cruises on Lake Windermere. For the more adventurous, the Lake District offers a plethora of outdoor activities to explore.
