Located in the stunning East Neuk of Fife, Corn Bunting House provides ultimate privacy and serenity amidst the area's natural beauty. The East Neuk is renowned for its rich diversity of fresh food, including seafood, fruits, vegetables, and livestock.
Upon entering the house, guests are greeted by a spacious porch area designed for storing wet and muddy outdoor clothing. To the left, there is a cosy lounge featuring a wood-burning stove and a Smart TV. Across from the lounge, the games room offers a full-size American pool table, table tennis, another Smart TV, and a wood burner. The rear of the house boasts an open-plan area that includes two dining rooms and a well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen features an electric range oven and hob, an American-style fridge freezer with a water and ice dispenser, a microwave, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, and an instant hot water tap. The dining rooms can seat up to 16 people and include a Smart TV and wood burner. This area also provides access to the hot tub and outdoor seating. Additionally, a wet room with a shower and two toilets is located downstairs.
Upstairs, Corn Bunting House offers five beautifully designed bedrooms, each furnished with zip-and-link super king-size beds that can be converted into singles, accommodating up to 10 guests. Each bedroom has ample hanging space and offers views of the garden or countryside. One of the bedrooms features an en-suite bathroom, making a total of four toilets and three showers, along with a vintage roll-top bath in the main bathroom.
The outdoor area includes a well-maintained walled garden with cobbled seating, a barbecue area, and a sunken six-person hot tub. There is also parking available for up to six cars.
Situated on a 160-hectare working arable farm, Corn Bunting House is within one mile of the historic fishing village of Pittenweem and two miles from the coastal town of Anstruther. The East Neuk of Fife offers a range of local eateries, quirky shops, friendly inns, beaches, and harbours, providing something for everyone to enjoy.
