Grieve's Cottage
Grieve’s Cottage is a charming, single-level retreat featuring a newly fitted kitchen with views of Lunan Bay. The cosy sitting room is enhanced by a woodburning stove, while the 'Sitooterie' conservatory provides a scenic dining area overlooking the Angus farmland. The cottage offers three bedrooms: a master bedroom with a king-size four-poster bed and countryside views, a second bedroom with flexible bedding options and views of Lunan Bay, and a children's room with bespoke bunk beds and a workspace. Outside, a spacious garden includes a wood-fired hot tub and outdoor dining furniture, perfect for enjoying views of the farm and bay.
Gardener's Cottage
Gardener’s Cottage is a beautifully renovated stone farm-workers cottage that blends contemporary comfort with traditional charm. This self-contained property is all on one level, featuring tasteful cream and white décor and comfortable furnishings. Guests enter through a boot room into a newly fitted galley kitchen with coastal views and can relax in the spacious sitting room with a wood-burning stove. The 'Sitooterie' conservatory offers a stunning dining area overlooking unspoilt farmland. The cottage includes two bedrooms: a master bedroom with a flexible king-size bed and a second bedroom with a single bed and desk facing Lunan Bay. A modern family bathroom completes the interior. Outside, a generous garden with outdoor dining furniture invites guests to enjoy al fresco meals with panoramic views over the farm and Lunan Bay.

The Area
Ethie Mains farm is situated along a picturesque stretch of Angus's stunning coastline in Northeast Scotland. The farm benefits from a favourable climate and fertile land, extending nearly two miles along the southern end of Lunan Bay, following the contours of red sandstone cliffs. This dramatic landscape offers a unique juxtaposition of farmland and sea, complemented by woodlands, ponds, and natural habitats. The farm is home to historic landmarks like ‘Murdoch’s Chapel,’ adding to its charm and beauty.
