Longmead House Bed and Breakfast is a Victorian home located in the heart of Lynton, within Exmoor National Park, North Devon. This welcoming retreat offers elegance and comfort both inside and out.
Each room at Longmead House is individually designed to provide a superior level of comfort and style. Guests can choose from a variety of King, Double, Twin, and Single rooms, all featuring en-suite facilities and crisp Egyptian bed linen.
In the evening, guests can relax in the fully licensed bar in the guest lounge or unwind in the beautiful garden, watching the sunset in the Valley of Rocks while listening to the hooting of the resident owl.
In the morning, guests can wake up to a buffet of fresh fruit salad, cereals, fruit juices, and yoghurt, followed by an a la carte breakfast that is second to none. All ingredients are locally sourced, and Melanie’s homemade bread and breakfast muffins add a special touch. Vegetarian and gluten-free options are provided as standard.
Longmead House offers free on-site parking facilities for all rooms. The location is ideal, with many local walks and amenities so close that guests might forget they have a car. Local restaurants and shops are less than a five-minute walk from the calm and serenity of Longmead House.
