Woodpecker Barn (Sleeps 6-8) features two spacious ground-floor bedrooms with zip-and-link bed options—one with an en-suite bathroom and garden access and another with a wet room. Upstairs, there are two additional large bedrooms with four-poster beds, en-suite bathrooms, and Juliette balconies. The comfortable living area includes a flat-screen TV, oak flooring, a wood burner, and doors opening to a private walled garden. The fully equipped kitchen boasts a range cooker and oak dining table, leading to a courtyard. Woodpecker includes ample parking and a secure garden with a built-in barbecue.
Kestrel Barn (Sleeps 6-10) offers two large downstairs bedrooms, both with zip-and-link beds and en-suite wet rooms, and three spacious upstairs bedrooms, including a super king four-poster, a super king sleigh bed with a Juliette balcony, and a zip-and-link option, each with an en-suite. The open-plan living and dining area opens to walled gardens, with a fully equipped kitchen and oak dining table. With exposed beams, balconies, TVs in all rooms, and a secure garden with a barbecue, Kestrel Barn is ideal for families and larger groups.
Kingfisher Barn (Sleeps 6-10) is bright and inviting, with views over the lawn and farmland. Manor Farmhouse (Sleeps 10) is a charming property located by the pond, accessed via Piggyback Barns' right-hand drive. This spacious farmhouse includes five double bedrooms, two staircases, a kitchen/breakfast room, pantry, utility area, formal dining room, living room with an open fire and large TV, and a conservatory with garden access. Upstairs, two en-suite double bedrooms are found at the front, while three additional bedrooms, each with either en-suite facilities or a nearby bathroom, are accessible by a separate staircase. With unique character, ample parking, and mature gardens, Manor Farmhouse is an inviting family retreat.
Onsite Facilities include a function hall located behind the barns. Though availability is on a separate booking calendar, it offers guests access to a mini gym, table football, pool, table tennis, and air hockey. The hall opens to a grass lawn through a gravel courtyard, and includes a catering kitchen, drinks fridge, five large oak tables, and 40 leather-look chairs. Perfect for gatherings, additional equipment is available upon request for larger groups.
