This beautiful Georgian property is set on 214 acres of farmland and 205 acres of unspoilt woodland, making it an unforgettable destination for families or groups. The ground floor features a spacious drawing room with comfortable seating, a log fire, Sky TV, and a DVD player. The fully equipped kitchen includes a breakfast area, electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer. The intimate dining room boasts a large wooden table, a log burner, and patio doors leading to the terrace.
Wooladon House also offers two games rooms: one with a pool table and the other with a PlayStation and smart TV. A table tennis table is also available in the large garage. Guests can relax in the sunny conservatory, which opens onto the garden, where sun loungers and a hot tub await.
The property includes 7 beautifully furnished bedrooms, 5 of which are en-suite, with an additional family bathroom. Five of the bedrooms are equipped with wall-mounted TVs with Freeview. All bedrooms are located on the first floor, where a reading room with a double sofa bed is also available.
